As for today,this morning,no news from USCIS regarding our file;no email,no text,nothing.It has been over a week now since they got it.I know it is probably too early to worry but lot of Nov filers got their Notice just a couple ,or a few days soon after they filed.I just hope everything is alright with our file ,and maybe we'll hear something soon.Good luck to all!God Bless!!

  Well i think we filed on the same day...i sent mine on 19th and was recieved on 21st been monday,Got text from USCIS on 25th, and then the hard copies today been 1st Dec....Hope this help you track yours if we file on the same day....

Final word came today: K1 petition has been denied. SAD, DISAPPOINTED, & ANGRY!! If anyone has any ideas what to do next, we'd love to hear from you.

  Sorry about that...i really feel for you guys...i understand the pains but is time to show the love you both share...the denial is not the end but time to stand up and prove to them how much you both love to spend your lives together....Be strong and let God be your strength...and pls is not becus of age difference nor not having a job is the reason of the denial becus i have seen so many people that don't work butt still get approved at Lagos Consulate...
