I called again today and they told me they have delays in the cases from security background check, that to wait until april 6 if no answer to call back to place another service request.

Hi i just did my paper work today, I have to fax it in today hopefully i will get a response, i dont know what uscis is doing at vermont. They lie alot, yesterday i was told that my case wasn't even assigned to an officer. crazy. !!!! I'll keep you updated.
