    Hello Vjers

    I know i have been missed.... Went on my honeymoon in Feb and have been out of the loop of Vj and the USCIS... So now its time for me to be a adult and get all the AOS ####### done.

    SO here goes my question... I see the fees have went up for AOS and EAD and Everything else.

    Am i correct in reading that now we pay one flat fee of 1,010 and file for I-485/I-765/ 131-ap/bio and so on for the K-1 people?

    all done togther in a flat fee is the question?????

    Why aren't you smiling more? ;)

    Well it was a good day, BUT my mom fell on the way in to be seated had to be taken in the EMS to the Hospital with a Broken Hip after just getting out of the hospital a few weeks before from a double knee replacment and a hip replacment.......So it was a good day but very emotional not alot of smiles from being upset from me mum. :crying:

    do you have one of those black thunderclouds following you about that rains on you and no-one else???

    you poor thing, you are always waiting on something! Hope you get it resolved soon!

    Smiles at Lisa....Yeah it sure seems like it (black thunderclouds) 9 days till the wedding and Steves family is flying in from the UK on Tues and from the forecast it looks as is we might have the biggest snowstorm of the year in our area one good thing is I have a Hummer for the drive to the airport...xx

    UPDATE~

    Still waiting......Contacted the local office they said they would send a 2nd request now its been about 9 weeks and no damn card.

    I got mine, finally, earlier this week. It had been about 7/8 weeks. They sent me a letter two weeks ago confirming it was now on the system and would be with me within 14 days.
