      I called DOS and they have no clue about whats going on and then i decided to call NVC like you did and they said my file went out to the embassy on the 9th !!!!

      I checked DHL the file reached today, will call them in the morning and try and get hold of packet3, they send packet 3 in email format here in India and after that packet 4, i am too planing for sometime in April !
