And then USCIS told me that they mailed me something 4 days ago but they didn't want to say what it was. It wasn't an approval, I know, cuz I would get an email. Me and my Israeli fiance are waiting for our NOA2 - hopefully any day now - and just wondering what to expect from Jerusalem after. What does the consulate send you in packet 3? How long does it take to gather everything together? Thanks.
