Thanks guys! We sailed through interview, and were approved . . . . wow - I'm glad that's over with! After a 3.5 month delay because of a marriage certificate documentation screwup we are done! Wahoo!!

A flurry of activity over the last week, sent the DS3032 email, received responses, paid I864 AOS and sent the I864 AOS Package via Fedex overnight for a hopeful Saturday delivery . . . wahoo!

NOA2 received via Text message Monday July 2nd 2012 @ approximately 9:45PM CST!! Wahoo!!!

Oh - and we did get our NOA1 on March 27th . . .

No word as of yet, it appears that we have about 2 more months to wait . . . 5 months is the official estimate . . . If I remember correctly, I've seen waits of 145 days as the current average . . . how are things with you and yours? Thanks!

Finally it happened last week on Friday March 23rd 2012 . . . . I filled the initial I-130 paperwork to make it happen. Wahoo! After spending much time get the various needed documentation for cleaning up a clerical error on our marriage certificate. They put the wrong birthplace for her . . . what a f'n nightmare!

I moved back to Texas! I got a job offer I couldn't refuse in San Antonio . . . we are now still recovering from a clerical error on our marriage certificate . . . we now have official documents indicating her corrected birthplace . . . sheesh - and on we go!
