    sa philippines, pwede na mg-start mgpa-medical kung my case # na. Kpag may mkikita kc silang abnormal sa xray like a scar, they would ask the applicant to do sputum test-3days & if it comes back negative, they need to send it for culture which takes about 2 more mos. That's why applicants usually do it right after they get the case # to avoid further delay.
