    Pregnant and due in 19 days! :) :) :) Can you believe that? We're having a girl and we're building our first home, and we're due for closing in 20 days! YEAP! All the same time as filing my ROC, hahaha! Wish us luck, these times are EXCITING!!!! :D

    Went to local office to see status of our AOS they can't do anything really for a for transfers either.

      NO GC yet! Been to the Indy office, 5x! WHAT'S GOING ON?! They say it's still with CSC.. my EAD/advance parole is expiring in October, I may have to renew again :/ Any news about yours?

      Sis, how are you? Got my ead/ap na.. My aos was transferred to CSC, but until now, still no feedback, it's been more than 5mos since we sent out application.. Frustrating kc mdami nang nkakuha ng GC nila and we applied way earlier than them :/ thoughts?hehe

    Already close to 5 months since we sent out AOS application, 4 mos since we got word that it got transferred to CSC, now, still no GC. I called USCIS and they told me it's because Indy office is behind, haha! And I'll check in a month from now.. Ok fine :P On a lighter GREATER note, I GOT THE JOB, and I'M STARTING ON JAN 17!!! WAY TO GO! Thank YOU, LORD! ;) I know my Green Card is just close behind :D

    It's been more than a month since EAD has been approved, and our case was transferred to CSC on 09/26, but still no news about my green card.. Should I start worrying now? :/

      Mga sis, dba 4 mos processing lng dapat? So pag lagpas na 4 mos since we sent the application, we can calli USCIS na and follow up? We sent ours in August 15.. Lapit na ang 4mos.. Hehe

      Buti pa yung d transferred nkakuha na ng GC.. Ours still say initial thing sa case status.. But it's okay, basta may EAD na - and friend, I'm with you on praying for that job too :)

    NOAs arrived along with the biometric appointment in mail! :D Guess the email and text did not work for me.. Sooooo excited, we might just walk in for the bio before the appointment.. hopefully they let us, hehe! Thank God for answers! :D

    AOS sent yesterday via FedEx overnight delivery! Just checked and it has arrived at Chicago, signed by NESBIT, hehehe Thank You Lord! Another round of waiting begins, VJers! :)

      I only needed to be there around 2hours, including the TDAP vaccine! Didn't pay for anything! :P Hubby says I should not feel bad - because we're taxpayers, hehehe TRUE THAT! :)

      WOW! That's great news! expect another 2-4weeks to get the marriage license (certified) from the clerk's office - they will send 2 copies, you need one to send as part of the AOS :) Congratulations in advance! Can't wait to see pix :)

      ..is familiar with it and will not insist on getting you through another medical exam. I found one my 4th call and they just needed me to fax in my vaccine records, passport, visa, med exam receipt(though they didn't ask for it). I can pick up I-693 on Tuesday, and they're not charging me anything! :) Goodluck!

      Hey sis, I know I don't live in your area but here's what I did :-) In the USCIS website, enter your zip code and click on office locator: https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=offices.type&OfficeLocator.office_type=CIV It will return a couple of answers but most of them have heard about USCIS and I-693, you just have to call them one by one, ask how much they charge for that. There will be a couple who are not familiar with K-1 process, but you should be able to find one who i...
