Thanks.Mr smiley.I've got approved.it went really smooth..she seperated us.my wife (usc) was first.she asked about 30 questions and said questions will be exactly same.after the questions she called my wife back and said she was really impressed (smiling)we answered all of those questions same answer..after that she wanted to see joint stuff..I gave her everything we have (same dl address car insurnce house lease joint credit cards joint bank account joint tenant insurance and lot of pics..she said everything looks good and u will receive ur card in 3 weeks.we said thank you and she walked us out

Hi everyone..finally our interview date came up at Newark office NJ..we've got our paperworks ready in a file..we have originals and copies..we have all the proof that our marriage is.bonafida..I'm just kind of nervous about my previous marriage(I marry my first usc wife and it got denied because we filed divorce)I talk to the few lawyers about my situation and they said I'm eligibility to adjust my status and I filed again.I just cross my fingers n hoping to get approved tomorrow..I would like get some info about newark office.are they polite and understanding.?

yes we do have our state driver licences on our current addresses..i didnt get on her health insurance yet because she just got a new job last monday and we have to wait little bit to be on it.otjer then that like i said we have joint house lease cr insurance tenants insurance because we live in flood zone joint bank account and credit cards but credit cards not joint its just the auttohorized

hi guys.our aos interview is on next week tuesday..we have joint house lease joint bank account joint tenants insurance joint cable bill and we both fully authorized for both of us credit cards (which is about 6 credit cards)..we are going to bring about 15-20 pics with our friends dinners etc.my only worry is we didnt have a wedding and abviously we have no wedding pics..do you guys think we are good enough prepared or we should add mor things and i would like to get advices fromn you guys.thanks for ur help in advance..

no it didnt say anything about leaving period..it only said that my application was denied because i didnt show up..im going to talk to a lawyer ..i have nothing to hide.they can send a agent and live with me if they want..im confident..i just wanted to know if anybody had a situation like mine thats all.

hi guys.i have a question about my situation..i wanna star ffrom begining..june 2005 i came to usa with tourist visa..i overstayed my visa and i got married to my first wife on june 2010.we met at a friends house and start seeing eachother and then start living together..few months later decide get married.we apply for aos on jan 2011 and interview was rescheduled for april 13th 2011..beginning of april we had a major flood about 6 foot inside house and lost everyhting..and unfortunatly we culdnt attemp to interview..we were going to apply to reopen the case but we went thru some problems and decide to live seperate..may 29th 2012 we decide to divorce...when i was seperate from my wife i met my next wife..we were hanging out for about 5 months and after i got divorce we decide to live together and got married again on september 28th 2012..we are living together.we couldnt have a wedding because iam the only 1 in here and my wife thinks its not fair to me and we will have a little party at my country after i get my greencard..we only had 7-8k when we got married and we use that money towards my business..i do construction and we both vehicle and tools with it..thankfully we already have enough money to buy our first house.as a proof we have joint lease joint bank account joint car insurance joint cell phone joint credit card and few pictures with friends..my question is my previous marriage will be a problem or not?i received a letter saying that our application was denied because we didnt show up..im going to see a lawyer this week but i just wanted to hear you guys opinion..thanks

hi guys i apply for aos 3 years ago and things didnt work out with my wife and i got divorced.now im getting married again and i was wondering do i have to fill up every single form that i did before.i think i have to but filling for g325a doesnt make sense.do i have to apply for it or there are other ways to let them know i did it before.thanks guys

i had my interview on april 26th but i couldnt show up because of heavy rain storm and our house got flooded.i have all the proof from insurance company that shows our house got flooded around 3 feet and all the pics.my question is i still didnt receive the denial letter from uscis.should i wait for that or i should file the MTR right now and send it.and i need advice about MTr file too.i really dont know what to do..ireally need some advice from you guys thanks..

hey guys..i receive my rfe today with supplement a to i-485 forms..the rfe was for my nonimmigrant visa on my pasaport..i forgot to send the copy of that page:).do you guys know i got this rfe notice with supplement a to i-485 because i didnt send copy of nonimmigrant visa or its something else..i overstayed on tourist visa...i couldnt think anything else..its gotta be that..so what do you guys think..??

i received my NOA 02/07/2011 and i was wondering that i've been going thru the other topics and i saw there are peoples they received text/email notice...??i didnt get anything like that..i overstayed and apply for AOS thru marriage..what about you..did u receive anything like that??ohh i aws gona forget..my receipts says no file found when i check them online on USCIS..what about yours??

i made a money order thru usps.im going to check it tomorrow and i dont think they will assume no past 5year employment info because i sent her tax returns for pass couple of years so..i dont know whats gona happen..i hope they wont send the whole thing back..

hey guys.i sent all the papers for aos.and yesterday i was going thru the forms and i saw my wifes(petitioner)g325a biographic information had a issue..she totally missed out the past 5 years employment information.now im nervoues if thats gona be a problem..???could you guys please let me know with your advice thanks..

thanks a lot. i dont think there is anything missing like signature in the forms but you never know and i sent a moey order by usps..im gona go there tmrrw to check it out if they took the money

first off i want to tell you guys about my situation.i came to usa june 2005 with b2 and i overstayed.july 2010 i got married with my wife(american citizen).after 6 months of my marriage we apply for AOS.we filled up every paper that we neen to and sent them to chicago lockbox.jan 25th 2011 the guy from chicago uscis (r.mercado)received our papers.my question was that its been 9 days already and i still didnt receive my first NOA letter from uscis.i would like to know whats the process time on first notice.thanks
