  1. Can someone please lead me in the right direction.

    My in laws have a appt on June 24 we received the appt letter today through email. What do i need to do now. I know i just need to wait for appt time for there interview

    what i am trying to figure out is about the medical, finger prints, and dhl for visa to be delivery.

    so basically i am trying to figure out what i need to plan ahead of time. what i am trying to firgure out the steps that needs to be done before interview time.

    i have look on many differents site and can not find anything can someone please help me

    When i went through the process with my husband 8 years ago everything is change so much from what i have been reading

    any help would be nice and thanks in advance

  2. can someone tell me the complete process from begining to end or were I can find the whole step process I am wanting to make sure I do not leave anything out at this time please.

    I am concern about when it is time for the interview part in Mexico

    That is what we are waiting on at this time is for NVC to schedule a interview appt for us.

  3. I received a email today from NVC and stated the following information. After you recevie this email how long will it be before you will receive the email about your interview appt.

    Dear Sir or Madam:

    The National Visa Center has received all documentation necessary to complete pre-processing
    of your case. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner
    and attorney (if applicable) will be notified.

    The applicant should NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment
    until the US Embassy or Consulate General has issued a visa.

    The US Embassy or Consulate General may require additional documentation at the time of
    the interview. Additional documentation requirements if applicable can be referenced at
    the following URL:

  4. Still have not heard anything else from the NVC since I called them on 4/22 and found out that day that our case was complete. So now just waiting for a interview hoping it does not take to long to hear from them about the interview date. I am so ready to get this done than I can finally rest I will be done with all the immigration stuff

  5. We have applied for for Mother in law and father in law. We have done paid $88.00 and mailed the AOS yesterday. The question I have is that my father in law IV bill is ready to be paid, but when I check my mother in law it is still not avaiable for me to pay. I just can not firgure out why. My father in law is been ready since January 31 but I am still wanting on my mother in law for I can pay both at this same time. Like I did the $88.00 and chocie of agent.

    can someone tell me why??

    I check online today about my mother in law it states not pay when i click the box there is not amount there for me to pay yet.

  6. I have to case pending at NVC right now for my MIL and FIL. We have done paid the AOS $88.00 and we are mailing the I-864 this week. But for FIL we are anle to pay IV fee, but still not able to pay IV fee for MIL how long will it take before I am able to see were hers is able to pay.
