    he is done with the interview they gave him a blue paper he ask 3 times or more if he was aprove they told him to wait until he recived it at dhl what does that mean

    I just called (703)439-2313 to find out if our packet has arrived and the recording said that I need a DS 160 confirmation number???? Don't I do that after getting packet 3????? I spend so much time researching.....
