hi iam john my asawa is joy, lol....you can file a K-3 but it may be closed by nvc or not it depends if your I-130 GETS APPROVED BEFORE THE I-129f, if they both get approved together,( which in most cases they do) then NVC will process the cr-1 which is a better visa, theres many guides here to help you to decide but for us the time difference wasnt any more a factor so you need to consider best v

to ximeone:: yes the waiting is a killer, but we got out notice on the may26th, i called and finally got the NVC # then we got the e-mails in the 28th, there very slow hehehe hang-in-there.good luck

finally NVC gives me my number....grrrr so long to wait , oh well time to spend some more money , heheeh!!!

well we do nothing special. my husband fill up and arrange all the papers in a very organized way. hehehhe
