If it has been more than a year since you were advised to take the DNA test and you have not been in contact with the US Embassy/Consulate, you case may be considered abandoned. Contact the US/Consulate to see if your case is still active.

Can anyone advice me what to do, I am unmarried (IR-2) when I am 21. during that time I was processing my application, when on the interview the consul gave a note of administrative processing due to late registration of my birth certificate and recommended for DNA testing, I havent complied since my mom was in the U.S. and note was to be complied for a year in which i overlooked, is there anyway to re-instate my application?what to do?
