Sorry for the late response, my congressman's office were able to get our petition expedited due to family reason. I did not know it was expedited until I opened a letter from my congressman's office that had been sitting on my desk for about 3 weeks now.

I was told by the congressman's agent that my reason was not a good enough reason for expediting, but USICS thought otherwise.
