From the Igor's list for Vermont service centre, it seems December filers have been completely forgotten as if they are not part of the petitioners here. Looking at the graph while petitions in other months are being processed rapidly even February, December is completely dormant.

How fair is it that those that filed in January and February are being rapidly approved and some people are waiting for 6/7months for same approval when it only takes 10/15 mins to approve a petition.

I know my journey just began nevertheless, I have been waiting patiently and happy for those getting approval knowing fully well that its is first-come -first-serve basis till that time when I will receive my own approval. However, after seeing all these (especially Jan and Feb approval ), I couldn't help but begin to wounder what is actually going on.

I am glad that others are succeeding but shouldn't it be in order

I guess it might be too early for me to start venting and getting anxious knowing that I still got more months ahead. All the same i wish someone with inside information would enlighten me on why this is so

Yes,i aggree with you..its unfair!!!..CSC is more faster than Vermont....i have no idea why Vermont is so slow of approving petitions...Actually we are 1 of those who belong to Vermont service CEnter i hope it won't take so long...Anyways,goodluck to all of us!!.God may help us for our journey......God Bless to all....

I have a wee question about the timelines...

Around the bottom part of your timeline table, there is something like;

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between April 29, 2011 and June 14, 2011*.

I think the dates were different last night! it was something like "...between May 7, 2011 and May 22, 2011"

Does this thing change? and this is based on WHAT timeline?

My timeline was change too....hmmmmmmmmmm b4 it was written there MAY 22- JUNE 1,but now its May 24-June 7.........dunno whats happening..

Got the email telling me that my petition was received (NOA 1). I thought, since I live in Indiana that it would be going to the Vermont Service Center, but the email says it is going to California. Does anyone have any idea why it went west?

im from mindanao and yet i haven't seen village as what the OP telling. but i believe what he was telling..that's true.and i appreciate him and admire him for everything he has done. that's what i don't like people from north telling Mindanao are too risky for Foreigner,mindanao are poor ,mindanao are dirty. northern people are wrong and feel sorry for them because they don't get a chance to see the beauty ,there's a lot lot of beauty in Mindanao that people in North doesn't have.

Im from MINDANAO too......i wans't know that MINDANAO is a bad place ....we have a peaceful life in here,in fact i live here in BUKIDNON where u can see mountains..My American BF loves to stay here people are friendly to him. And about that "risky village" i wonder where is that here in Mindanao because if there is a place that is too risky for people living there i think the government advice them to get away from that place......

the family has never been outside of the area they are in. 1) they never have been to mcdonalds or jollibee until I took them. 2) going shopping is a rarity to them. 3) there is nowhere to send while waiting, all of the family pretty much lives in the village from what I know. 4) the furthest I know of them going is butuan or cagayan de oro. 5) I am having her get her vaccinations now, I will be paying for all of these. 6) I also paid for her cousin to take her exams for graduation.

Hello may i know from where is she here in mindanao?....i live here in mindanao too and i always have way to cagayan de oro too.....
