i am interested in my girlfriend coming to here for a chance to see if we want to get married but dont know enough yet on how to keep her here . please help answering a few questions
1. can i get a k-1 done in 90days or less if when she comes to visit on a 90day vacation visa we decide to get married ?
2. does this process require a attourney ? if so why ? and how much should i expect in fees ?
3. i am on disability and have limited funds is their a finacial aid program ?ava.
