  1. hey vj family haven't check in for a while congrats on the cc's !!!!!!!!!

    wade keep ur head up !!!!!!!!!!

    As for me i've sent in my aos and iv on 03/17/11 i got a email from nvc and i called nvc because the email said that they received my aos and that something was missing or incomplete so was like "great here we go". so i called to see what was missing or wrong and they told me nothing it was just a way to send me a checklist of things for iv so i told them that i had already sent it 3 days after aos so they told me to forget about the email. so i felt better. but then on 03/19/11 i called nvc to see if they received my iv and avr said that on 03/18/11 a package was generated but that it was missing something or incomplete. does any one have a clue what is going on or has any had the samething happen?

    any advicefam ???????

  5. Grats on the IIN! kicking.gif The beneficiary ID number is for those doing online forms. But El Salvador isn't eligible for that, so you don't have to worry about that number.

    hey saylin i got the choice of agent by email how would i return it completed to them and do i the petitioner fill it out or does my wife the beneficiary fills it out. cuz i know she has to sign it and would she have to mail it through regular snail mail or can she scan it and email it to them?

  6. Well, that was quite a journey, and the blessed relief of being out of TSC is a HUGE stress buster.

    If I personally, have learned anything from this experience, it's that firmly pushing DOES work. It's VERY sad, but it seems at TSC, he who shouts loudest gets listened to. We made quite a few noises today.

    I want to than Path2 USA for his email addresses and telephone numbers. We'll never know what did provoke this, it may just have been our turn, but we did push today.

    I'd advise all you still waiting for approvals or notices to be like bulldogs in your approach to TSC.

    THANK YOU all for your kind words of encouragement, and we look forward to all moving on to the NVC together.

    Here's hoping for more good news tonight...BRING IT ON!!

    Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 :dance::dance::thumbs:

  8. hey vj fam as for me i was approved on 1/31/11. so i've been waiting for my noa2 hard copy and nothing yet!!!!!!!!!! i wonder y????????

    and today at 8:13pm eastern i get a text and e-mail saying:

    Post Decision Activity

    On February 10, 2011, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly.

    For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.
