  1. I pretty much followed the advice here on Vsiajourney..

    See http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;page=k1k3aos

    When I went to my interview I took , my original I 485 application, plus a copy for the interviewer , you should pretty much have all they are asking for on the NOA form they sent you for the interview .....I needed to take my Fingerprint document, my I 693A , and my I 864 support records. That was all they asked me for .

  2. IN my case my wife's physical she took in china was good for one year. So if your wife's physical that she took for the K1 is not over one year old , it is still valid. In the case of the I 693 A , I went to the local Public Health department and they determined what vaccinations she needed and had them updated on the "yellow" shot record. Than I took the shot records to a local physian that was also a Civil Surgeon and the nurse transferred the vaccination records to the I 693 A form and had the doctor sign it. At the interview in Denver , they did ask for the I 693 A form and my I 864 support forms.

  3. The local county health department should let you know what shots your wife needs. If she has no records (as my wife did) they will administer updates or start the series new. After my wife received her shots they gave her and my stepson a "yellow" vaccination shot record . I than took that shot record to the CS and the nurse transfered those shot records to the I 693 A Vaccnination supplement form and the CS signed them. At the time of the interview they did ask for my I 693 A form. By the way my stepson had his China school record of shots and I had a Chinese resident translate the shots he had and the nurse at the local Health department transferred those records to his "yellow" shot USA record.

  4. It is possible to get you bio appointment while you are having to submit RFE , however, after you get your Bio appointment they will stamp you letter and the next step will be to set up an interview appointment at a local CIS . At the interview I suppose it is possible the interviewer may want or ask for other evidence. So when you go to the interview have all possible RFE covered.

  5. Any one know a Surgeon General in the Denver/Colorado Sprigns colorado area willing to tranfer the vaccination to the I -693 a form for the I-485 application ..? Most want to redo the vaccinations or want another complete medical phsical that is not over 1 year old yet. They want to charge an arm and a leg to me. All I need is the I-693 a form completed . I even show them the instruction on the form but they still are persistant ...help.

  6. Well I sent off my I-485 packet of information for my wife and forget to attach the I 693 A vaccination supplement , what will happen? Should I wait until I get a letter or will they return the whole application back to me.???? Can I take the I-693A to the interview instead ?? Boy I thought I had everthing together ...I am afraid it will be rejected now....Had to mail it to the Chicago office. She is K-1 Visa and her son is K-2 . I did separate the appication for her and the son

  7. I see where on Form I 751 allows the alien to file for change of conditional staus under the following :

    [1]You entered the marriage in good faith, but the marriage was later terminated due to divorce or annulment;

    [2]The termination of your status and removal would result inextreme hardship.

    [3]You entered the marriage in good faith and have remained married, but have been battered or subjected to extremecruelty by your U.S. citizen or permanent resident spouse; or

    HAS ANY ONE ANY EXPERIENCE UNDER NUMBER 3. They are not divorced yet , but she is worried of losing her residence status . Should she file? MY WIFE'S FRIEND HUSBAND THREATENS HER WITH EXPORTATION AND OTHER HARSE MEAUSRE IF SHE DOES NOT SIGN DIVORCE PAPERS UNDER HIS TERMS.
