Adjustments for what?

If you mean adjustment of status to get a green card no.

I mean to change it to tour. visa.

Hi everyone!

I'm on J1 visa (training program). I arrived in America in Oct 2010 and my visa expired in Oct 2011. Now I'm in the country 4 month. I started my program in GA. But I was sent to NYC by my sponsor for the sexual harassement case that happen to me at work from the manager. Now I'm wthout a job 2 month. So, my sponsor wants to terminate my DS 2019 for the unemployment reason. If the sponsorship company will do it am I still be leagal in the USA with my J1 visa? and can I apply for adjustments?

What can I do in this situation?

If anyone has had experience like this, please, help me and provide personal experience. I'll more than greatful and will appreciate all information.
