You have to pay the fee in GBP, not USD, like we had heard, but we're taking both-just in case. It's 14.70 or something for regular service. No one will tell me how much for faster, and how much faster it comes. We're gonna pay. flight 7/21, changeable.

They aren't fair. Why did ours take 6 months- at CSC, get lost, go through AP, with NO issues? Why did my fiancee get an interview 5 weeks out instead of 2 like everyone else? It only gets more frustrating. We're 5 months ahead of you, and no less aggravated.

We missed all the guys who were like 1 day ahead of us and got put back 3 more weeks. They said they give you the interview and mail packet 4, 2 weeks after your medical results. We were mailed on 6/2, but got 7/11. The week before guys all got 6/10-6/27

schedule your medical as soon as you know it is at NVC and NOT being "advanced processed" and you can get a case number. can save a few weeks. (make sure you have police reports by date)

When was your medical? We are waiting on our interview letter (packet 4) We were told that they are mailed exactly 2 weeks from medical being logged in. (ours 5/13, logged 5/20) just curious.

Nothing. No touches, since 11/7. 4 calls by me two by lawyer. they say nothing wrong. no RFEs expected. lawyer knows some higher ups, expecting fast results, week ago. I got two answers. 30 days on 3/28. 45 on 3/30. nasty tier two lady about 10 days ago. no clue what's going on. no criminal past. one airport refusal for suspected intent to immigrate last May. NO. It's 2 weeks over 5 months, and they seem to have gone through October. No clue what's going on. No RFEs, either. That much I can get from the hotline. 5/30 wedding looking bad.

Bet you get the NOA2 before you get back, but that the stuff is still putzing about the Embassy, so PERFECT way to spend your time. I'll just wait by the computer, like a moron.

5-6 months from NOA1-2. UK Embassy is 2-3 months after that. Don't plan anything. You can click on Portals, K-1 (bottom R) then play with the arrows. You can choose VSC only and NOA1 only. Your date is the letter's date. You can see what date they are processing now. Members are pretty good about keeping up to let those after them plan. Don't drive yourself nuts. We're about 3 1...
