so me and my fiance not doing good he been really mean to me and kind of disrespectful saying i piss him off and i give ####### to him! but i really dont know how, sometimes it feels like he hates me :/ and when i tell him how i feel he just call me a kid but i dont feel love and hate feeling like this. It sucks because we made it this far but im not willing to keep going it seems like he just with me because of the visa and he had put time and money in this just like me!. My question is hes the only one who can withdraw the visa? could i just not go to the interview ? or will this cause me problems? HELP plz

Go to the interview if you are approved you will have the visa,Now you will still have the chance to think and decide if you are still going to the USA to be with your fiancee, who knows?

Hi Ilang-Ilang! Would you mind if I ask how long it took before your friend's parents got an interview date? Are they from the Philippines? Both my parents' cases have been completed at NVC on 7-18-11 and I'm really hoping for a September interview in Manila but I really don't know how busy USEM Manila is. his parent's case was completed march 29 and interview date was may 10.Due to abnormal chest xray, sputum test and culture as done.2 months delayed. sputum culture result was june 27 (negative) june 28 immunization. July 7 interview at USEM (passed). july 12 visas on hand. july 28 leaving for las vegas.

Hi all:

I am going to hire a driver to take my fiance to her K1 interview in Manila in August. I want the driver to wait for her somewhere NEAR the US embassy, so that when she is done she can just hop in the car and return home to her place in Makati.

Does anyone know where the driver might be able to wait for her for several hours (maybe park at a hotel or something) so that she can find him easily after her interview is completed?

Of course she will not have a cell phone with her so she cant just call the driver after the interview is over.

Accross th e USEM is the Ermita Center building where the driver can park.there is also a footbridge.Just tell the driver after dropping your fiancee at the USEM, to make a u turn.

Approval does not always mean visa is available. It depends on what their visa category is.When did you file the petition and under what category?

They can travel separately.

I have a question in behalf of my friend. Filed petition for parents.Both approved and visas issued. My question is: Can his Mother go to the USA first then father will follow after 2 months? Or both parents are required to travel together? Thank You. Pls help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I highly recommend getting the medical done as quickly as possible. As you can see from my timeline, if we had waited for the appointment letter, it would have added 2 more months waiting for the TB sputum culture. DO IT NOW!!

My mom's POe will also be las vegas and she had udergone sputum test and culture too in St lukes. My question is /are;

1.What did they ask her at the POE? Did they tell her to call the local health dept. and make an appoinment coz someone told me my mom will undergo a repeat sputum exam at the local health department when she arrive in las vegas. How true is this?How long to wait for the result again? What about other tests?What about the fee, is there any that she have to pay again? Please share your wife's experiences. THANK YOU So MUCH.

Hello everyone. I am so glad found this website. It has a lot of info that helps me get through my mom's petition. She has already an interview nexth month in Manila embassy and I am getting anxious. I am trying to help her out any info I know when I went though the fiancee visa but then that was 8-9years ago plus this is a different case. Is it easier for her to go through the interview. Is anybody here had thier parents went through the interview recently that wants to share thier experience is highly appreciated.

My son filed an I130 for me November 22, 2011. He got a letter in the mail on Jan. 6, 2011 stating that your petition has been approved and was transferred to NVC (Date filed Nov 22, 2010 , Date approved Nov. 30, 2011). Thank you .

My questions are;

1. How long before a case no. will be assigned?

2. will the NVC mail the case no. to my son?9petitioner)
