Did anyone who was approved on the 10th of Feb get a NVC case number yet?
-
So, just became a platinum member. Check out my new member title
Very nice!
I have been out of the loop for awhile. My cousin passed away from an aggressive tumor in his brain and i was there with him when he passed. It is good to see that some people have gotten case numbers. Tomorrow is a holiday, but hopefully we will hear lots on Tuesday.
All the best to my VJ family

Now i got this email:
Ms. Sharma
I have instructed out file room to immediately send the approved I-130 to the NVC.
The case was approved on 2/10.
I apologize for the delay.
Please give me a little time in order to resolve the issue.

Looks he is copying Ron.
I reported ron and told them to kick him out

Baiting posts removed. Baiting and personal attacks are violations of TOS, and may result in adnistrative action.
I have emailed people about the fact that i have yet to be transferred to NVC. If any of the addresses i found are useful, i will be sure to post them. Congrats to everyone who got approved or transferred.

THANK YOU ANGELA or DAVID BADGER!!
That is awesome!!! I am so happy for you.
Who is David Badger?
-
hey rachel,
do you if that is the case with CSC as well ?
Its standard like an approval email
-
How do you know if your case has been sent to NVC ?
You get an email saying its been sent
-
It must be with our batch. The day we (and probably you) were due to be shipped, according to Angela, TSC got closed down early and in a big rush with snow. It's my GUESS that no one has gone back to these cases, and they were just left where they were when the weather hit.
Just a wild guess....
Mine was approved on the 10th, after the bad weather. Maybe today is the day
-
Did yours get sent Rachel? And yes, you're right - very little communication coming out of there right now. Worrying times again....
Not sent
When it is, you will be the first to know

Texas is letting things slide again. Whatever happened to the promises of all petitions being dealt with by February 18th?
I notice NO emails or responses today. I wonder if new guidelines have been laid down.
Not optimistic right now.
I hope that all of the approved files are soon sent to NVC, especially yours. I do not know what to do if it isnt sent, since no one seems to be replying these days.
-
Mine was transferred, I got the notice from USCIS on Thursday the 10th, NVC has not received it yet.

-
Congrats to all of the approvals. i was hoping for transfer news for Val and Gary and Wade and all of us really...
I want an NVC number, do u think its at all possible that the case has been sent? It seems that it takes about 5-7 business days to receive that email after your official approval.. in most cases anyway.
all the best
-
You send the originals for the NVC
They are supposed to send them all back (the originals) after you finish at the NVC. Mine have been with my lawyer for months.
-
I sent a lot of documents with the original I-130 (divorce records, birth certificates, police records, passport bio page, etc...). Will I need to send duplicate copies for the NVC process?
You send the originals for the NVC
-
My wife and I finally got our petition approved on February 10th, and it was sent to the NVC on February 11th.
