I have a few questions first, right now Im unemploye and I need to fill out my I864 and DS-260, if i ask a friend to sponsor me or co sponsor. do I have to stop getting my unemployment check? Im was told that we might start working in a month but Im not sure.should I wait? next week is going to be one year sice I started my paperwork. when filling the two forms, the other photocopies like the passsport and check stud and everythig else do I have to send them via email or just the forms. I ask because sometime when you try to send many papers at the same time the emailcan't be send. any Help, thank you...

Hi, Im back with more questions:

like I said before, someone was helping me with my paperwork but since I pay via internet the AOS 88.00 fee she told me that I had to do it on my own. what she had send in the fist package via regular mail was the I-130 petition and the G-325A Biographic info translation of my marriage certificate and copys of birth certificates and picture. april 19 thats when she send this package.

after she told me she couldn't help me no more I send the DS-3032 on 01/26/2011. today 02/07/2011 I reiceved the IV application processing fee invoice and I paid that it was $404.00. can someone tell me if Im on the right path? I have read about the DS-230 and some other form. what other forms do I have to send? I also have another question, I was laid off a week ago and I believe that Im going to be unemployed for about a month do I need to get a letter of support from a friend I just did my income tax and I think I have done good the pass 3 years do I just take that , I have a letter from my last employer from the time I started doing my paperwork. thank you for any help...

How do you OPT IN? I'm going through the EP as well (or so I think- lol) but I never emailed them to OPT IN. I spoke to a rep on Friday and he said I'm already in EP. I'm going to try calling today just to make sure. I paid my IV fee on Friday. That's where I'm at right now.

Hola Saleen, tengo una s preguntas para ti nose si me las puedas contestar. yo soy ciudadano americano, mi esposa es mexicana, ella vive en tijuana yo en chula vista california. fui con un person para que me llenara el papeleo de immigracion. lleno la forma I-130 mandamos un paquete y un money order como de 300 y feria esto fue en abril del 2010, en abril me llego una carta I797C y despues en septiembre me llego otra carta la I797. en Octubre me llego una carta con 6 hojas donde dice que tengo que pagar 88.00 dolares y que los podia pagar en linea y asi lo hice. Cuando yo fui a decirle a la persona que me estaba ayudando a llenarlos que habia pagado me dijo que como yo lo habia pagado en linea que ya no me podia ayudar. y ahora no se que hacer. Dos de las Hojas traen condigos de barras y no estoy seguro si las tengo que mandar a algun lado que debo hacer con ellas. si me puedes ayudar te lo agradeceria mucho. muchas gracias.

ya, you have the login # - it's called an IIN - it was IN the AOS Fee bill that you received via email - recheck it - it also contains the NVC # - with these 2 things, you can login and eradicate 'nothing'

I have a MEP case number and also I have a number on my bank statement. but I don't know where to login or nothing,I try using the MEP number on the USCIS webpage but nothing showed up.

I remeber I pay the money on nov 4th but I don't have an email with a comfirmation number or nothing like that. And I try checking my status with the case number from the last letter I received and nothing turns out.can somebody tell me what can I do.
