hey everyone I have a cosponsor and she is married and filed her taxes wuth her husband, their combined income is 76000 and her income alone is38180 I have 3 yrs of taxes and 3 years of w2s for her alone but they filed as a married couple do I need his w2s also?although she wrote that she is the one sponsoring him in the affidavit?also on her tax returns for her and her husband it says she has 4 exemptions. Is that ok or should I find another sponsor?help

Hey everyone I have a cosponsor for my fiance visa she got a job letter last three years of 1040 forms and last three years of w2s she makes like 35,000 and she files with her husband and their combined income is like 76,000 and they dont have any dependants except thrmselves. She filled out the paperwork and shes the one sponsoring and her husbands name isnt on the job letter of the I 134 but he shows up on taxes do I need his w2s?

hey everyone I hope you are all doing well, I am trying to get my affidavit of support ready, I just have an issue, I do not make enough to support my fiance and already have the co sponsor, but I have an issue which is that I have two bank accounts one which I have my debit card linked to which has a very low amount in it at all times because I'm a waiter so I pay all of my bills cash and have really not been able to save because I have had rent and crazy 300 dollar phone bills because of the international calling, so I don't want to show them my bank information because I'm scared they will see there is hardly any money in that one and than I have a bank account with 4,000 dollars in it, which I am not touching can I show them that one? what are my chances of having a problem because of this although I have a steady job and a co sponsor?

Hey everyone my fiance and I have reached the 5 month mark and we are now 5 months and one week when we turned 5 months I placed a service request and this was the email I received. I really hope that I get something soon, has anyone ever gotten an email like this if so why is it that so many people are getting approved with in the 5 months? Why do you think they need two more months to process our case. Honestly our relationship is real we met two years through our churches when I went to a mission trip to visit him, and I have gone 3 other times to see him I love him with my heart and just miss and want to be with him.

Hey guys I hear everyone talking about medicals and I guess I can ask a question. I am going to see my fiance in Honduras next month, I was wondering if we could go ahead and get his medical done while I am there and get his vaccinations done, IDK I read somewhere that the medical is good for one year...in that case is it safe for us to take it or do you think it is better if I call the US Embassy in Honduras and ask them? Hey everyone I got my NOA1 almost a month ago, I have been trying to enter my receipt number online and it says that my case can not be found, I know it happens to alot of people but is there anyway I can try and get it fixed by emailing someone? Also my fiance and I met when I went on a mission trip and well the place where he lives they don't get mail dropped at their house there is alot of poverty in that neighborhood, so I just put the names of the areas where he lives for his addresses and also under his work info we left it blank because he will do construction projects with other men when he gets the chance......is this bad? I put all the detailed information in for mine and I did put his phone number down, besides an RFE how could that affect our k1 application?

Hey everyone I'm a January filer too, waiting patiently to get my NOA 2 do they always handle petitions based on months or are all january filers put in one stack I wonder how that works. Anywho I filed with a paralegal and I didn't include a cover letter or letter of intent we had my parents write a letter of intent and his parents both letters were notarized i sent alot of picture copies of both of our passports my fiances id card my birth certificate letters he had written me, my 538 dollar phone bill with the proof that my phone was calling Honduras where my fiance is, and we only had 2 letters he wrote me and 3 receipts of money I had sent him and also cards he sent me. My sister also wrote a letter on behalf of our relationship......I sent the correct fee and I-129f i brought 4 copies of the g325a to honruas and my fiance and i filled them out,,,i brought my entire package to the paralegals office and when i signed the application i was unsure if i actually sent in two copies of the g325a, when he gave me my copy of my packet i saw that the form wasn't there he said he didn't know if he had sent it and told me to wait for an rfe.....but like you all know who wants to wait for an rfe,, immigration told me to send a copy of my noa1 a cover letter explaining why i was sending the the g325a because my paralegal forgot possibly and so I also took advantage and wrote a letter of intent and sent in extra fotos that my friend had of us i had it notarized and I wrote my receipt number on every page ups said it would arrive today so i am planning on calling tomorrow to see if my case has been touched as I can't access my receipt number online. Honestly I don't know if they originally have my g325a , but i sent it in anyways the way uscis instructed me to. Do you think they will put the additional package with the my package? I've been a little worried...........Thanks for the support

The paralegal that I used forgot to submit my G325A, I was worried but it has only been 2 weeks since my NOA1 so what I did was fill our a G325A for both my fiance and I and I wrote a cover letter as well as the copy of our NOA1 I wrote a letter describing the error and also sent my letter of intent notarized with more pictures I have my tracking number but do you think once it gets to the VSC that they will put it with my packet?

You need to go to www.digicel.hn you can have him get a digicel phone they are really cheap and if you put 10 dollars on it it will last like a week and they give you cuadruple saldo so he can call you! That's how we do it! My hubby calls me from honduras and it is a lot cheaper that way after i send him las recargas.

Hey guys I just got my NOA1 on the 24th of January and it is at VSC I am a restaurant server and do not make 125% income to cover my fiance, I know I will need a cosponsor and already have a friend who is more than willing to help us out, I was wondering can our petition be denied if I do not make enough money? After I get my NAO2 what other packages will I need to get ready? Also I was wondering if my Fiance should get his police report and medical exam done even though we haven't received the NAO2, can anyone clue me in on this? I didn't write a letter of intent but His parents did in Honduras and was notarized by a notary public and my parents did and was notarized also....is a letter of intent mandatory? My package over all was pretty big.I put plane tickets picture copies of our passaports, birth certificates letters etc.....
