for me it took 2 weeks after case complete (case complete april 14th 2010 and interview notification thru email on 4-29-10). I totally wasnt expecting to get an interview date till the next month, since it was believed (at that time through multiple posts) that Chennai doesnt schedule interview till the 2nd week of the month. clearly that was not the case (thankfully!). So I think you're looking at 2 weeks up to a month. its sucks having to not know, but unfortunately that's how it is. I would just hope and pray for an uneventful and RFE-free case complete 1st! good luck!!!

By gods grace, and all your wishes, My wife's case is expedited, and forwarded to India chennai consulate. what is the next step here, Do I have to call Madras consulate or they will give us call. please let me know. Thanks.

There is no chance to sign up for check status online in NVC, I am asking after submitting original documents after Affidavit of support, and paying everything and sending all originals to NVC, Usually how long it takes to complete case and schedule interview, at NVC. Please answer. Help me.

I would like to know, after applying PCC in Hyderabd passport office, how many days it may take receive PCC. Please help me. My I130 & I129F both approved, I am waiting for NVC case # as well to submit PCC.

Thanks for your swift response friends. I did, all my paper work through a lawyer from Texas. He also said it may take time to complete process in 6 months to 1 year. But it is very hard to wait,especially after marriage. I am also seeing others experiences in the forum, is telling that to get NOA2 for I130 is taking 5 to 6 months, I filed my I130 on Oct 8th, priority date is 8th Oct. got NOA 1 on 15h Oct. waiting for NOA2 Approval.
