I received an email notifying me that our petition was approved yesterday - hurray! But then today I received another email saying the below. Is this standard procedure? Just the day before we received the NOA2 I had phoned to change my address and I'm wondering if they sent two copies of the NOA2 - one to my old address and another to my new one? Otherwise I'm not quite sure what the below means. Can anyone help?
Acceptance

Just received our NOA2 today - our NOA1 was 26 August. So we had to wait just over 6 months.
Best of luck to everyone!

Finally received the news I've been waiting over 6 months for!

Call them and ask for a service request. Don't know if it actually does anything but try it. We got it just yesterday and our NOA1 is 31st August..just try your luck. All the best!
I tried to have them do that and was told they couldn't because I'm living in the UK and their system doesn't accept non-US post codes. Sounded like a load of rubbish to me so will try calling again next week - couldn't face another half hour phone battle at the time. They didn't have a problem sending our NOA1 to my address in London so I don't see how there could be a problem raising a service request based on the same information!

Our NOA1 is 26 August and we still haven't heard anything. Phoned VSC two days ago and was told I might hear something in 3-4 weeks. I have to admit that seeing some September/October filiers being accepted before us is frustrating! But I suppose we'll all get there in the end. Good luck to everyone!

I'm an August 26 filier. Called today to find out what was taking so long. Was told I might hear something in another 3-4 weeks. I won't hold my breathe.

You can find the answer to your question by checking the Immigration Timeline link that is at the top of the page.
Then click on Processing Status: Igor's List
From there, select Vermont from the dropdown to get this listing.
Scroll down, and you can see everyone still waiting.
Thanks!

Just wondering if there are any other people who filed to VSC in August that still haven't received their NOA2? We had our NOA1 on 26th August but still no word. I've been waiting very patiently for some time now and am wondering if there's anyone else out there in the same boat? My patience is starting to wear thin!

Our NOA2 was August 26 and still no word either. Just trying to be patient and hoping it all goes through soon. It does get frustrating when you see later NOA1 dates being approved, though!

Just discovered Igor's list and wish I never had! This is going to get addictive!
Congrats everyone that's been approved!
Just wondering if anyone knows if they process applications in any particular order? Some that have gone through today were right around or just after my NOA1 and I'm hoping this means we'll be soon!!
I-134 question
in K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures
Posted
I am going to be using a co-sponsor for my affidavit of support as I have recently left my job and do not have monthly income at the moment. I have savings, etc. which would probably be fine, but I thought we should be safe and also use a co-sponsor since I cannot prove I have money coming in each month. My question is about item 10 on the I-134 where it says "I have submitted a visa petition to USCIS on behalf of the following persons". Am I correct in thinking the co-sponsor's form should say "none" since they haven't submitted the petition? I know it sounds like a stupid question but I just want to make sure we don't mess anything up as we're finally through the first hurdle!
Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!
