  1. Count will be 3.

She counts self and spouse, as well as intending immigrant.

Nothing on line F, unless sponsored another immigrant.

She may have added her income to that of her spouse, not "Self Sponsor" her spouse who filed petition needed to be primary sponsor. Only way to file a waiver of I-864 would be if had been in the USA 10 years or longer and was credited with 40 quarters of work, or self petition through a spousal abuse, or a number of other issues, however this is not counted as sponsoring an immigrant.

    OK, great!

    Thanks for quick answer!

  2. I asked a friend of mine if she could be our co sponsor for my CR1. She told me that when she applied for Adjustment of status(from student visa) she sponsored herself since she was already living and working in US.

    Can she sponsor me?

If she can, how does she fill out Q21 "Household size"? me+her+her husband=3? confused since they ask if she sponsored someone else before (would she leave "f" blank?

    Thanks!

  3. Hi everyone!

I have an early february interview and I am freaking out. The problem is that the embassy are asking for my husbands 1040's and supporting documents.

Since we went through NVC without any RFE's I'm getting more and more nervous about this interview. We have the 1040's but my husband lived with me and my son in 2009 until august and were then unemployed until he started his new job i January of 2010. We also have an employment letter but no paystubs. Are the paystubs really necessary??

    Appreciate all the help!
