  1. No, I'll still be based in the same country and area, thank you!
  2. Okay, so it won't be an issue for me to change employers? Will they just need to be made aware, and is this something I can do via the attorney who is helping us with our application? Thank you so much for your answer!
  3. Hi everyone, I am the UK beneficiary for my fiancé in the US. California Immigration Centre received our I-129F on May 11th (we know it's gonna be a long wait!), however, I received an email from my employer on Friday that has got me worried about my job security and the impact this may have on our application, as obviously, I wrote down my current employer when we submitted all the forms. I am a support worker working with disabled students at university, and work mainly with one student on a 1-1 basis. However, my employer has said they are no longer going to be providing support for this student, and have given me 2 options - the potential to be employed by the new support provider whenever this may happen, or to stay with my current employer and try to find other service users to work with. My question is, if I did choose to/was asked to change employment to the new provider, would this have a negative impact or cause any delays/setbacks with our application? Thank you all so much in advance!! :)
