Hi all,
My fiance has his interview in London on the 27th of May! We are gathering all of our documents and I'm very confused about the I-134. I know I need to fill this form out and make sure that my fiance has for the interview but I have the following questions:
1) Once I fill this out, do I have to physically file it here in the US or does my fiance just bring the completed form with evidence along with him to the interview?
2) Does the form need to be signed with blank ink (not scanned) or is it okay to have my fiance bring a signed and scanned copy with him to interview?
3) More so about signature for other documents - do any of the other documents need to be signed with blank ink (not scanned) or is it okay for my fiance to bring signed and scanned copies to interview?
