    Yes I have visited I march and May of this year and going back next month. But I totally get that this can cause some scrutiny

    I was married once before in the Dominican Republic and brought my ex husband over on a CR1 visa. We had a child together but we divorced last month due to domestic violence that happened last year of 3/2021. During my separation, I reconnected with a old friend from the DR whom I've known almost my entire life and we want to be together. So I am considering a K1 but I think it's too soon to file? Any comments on this?
