Hi Guys,

My son is waiting on his interview date for the consulate in London. He is 15 now but will be 16 on December 19th.

He is currently living with his mother.(my ex wife)in Scotland.

Will immigration want to see any kind of custody papers as he is coming to live with me in Florida.

Will my ex wife have to sign custody over to me.Or will the fact he will be 16 probably by the time his interview is scheduled mean he is considered an adult.

Hope this makes sense.I am trying to get all my eggs in the one basket as i will be flying back to do the interview with him and then fly him back with me for the P.O.E

Anyone have a similar situation.
