Hi there,

Recently, I was able to transfer my Russian fiancé's case from Warsaw to Almaty. He had his interview, everything went well, and the officer approved him. However, we were informed by email that he will be put in AP. 3 weeks passed by, last Tuesday, the case status on CEAC turned into a non-immigrant visa, and the status changed to application received. On Thursday, it changed to approved. It has been approved for over a week now. They reached out to him to confirm something last Friday, and he replied to them immediately, but we still heard nothing from them.

Now, I am just curious and wondering how long it is taking on average for the visa to be issued? We chose delivery to Russia for the passport and documents as well.

Thanks
