Hi everyone,

I created my USCIS account. I entered country with cr1 visa and my green card has not been mailed yet.

I recently moved, so I submitted a change of address through my USCIS online account. But I never got a confirmation email, and under the "Submissions" tab, it says “You have no submissions.”

I’ve seen some people here mention checking your "Profile" section, but I don’t see anything labeled “Profile” in my account—just “My Account” and “Settings.”

Does anyone know how I can verify if my address update went through? Should I contact USCIS support? Or is there something I need to enable to see more options?

I'll add a screenshot of what I see in my account in case it's helpful.
Thanks in advance for any help
