My fiancee has dual citizenship (US & UK) Currently she is living with me in the UK, and will be moving back to the US in 2 months to live with her parents. We are currently in the process of filling out our I-129F and was wondering which address to put on the form? She hasnt lived in the US for around 8 years. Should we put our address here in the UK? If we put her parents address it wont appear on the G-325A as she hasnt lived there for so long.

Hi there. We DCF'd in London. My SO (USC) has never lived in the US so we put our UK address for everything except the questions regarding where you intend to live in the UK. As for domicile, we answered "Current: UK, Intended: USA" and that satisfied them. Since they know already, it is always best to be completely honest and say this is what we are and this is what we intend to do....

Hope this helps. :) and Good Luck

Oh, and the other thing, I'm not sure if this applies to K1, as we did the IR1/CR1, but because SO is dual citizen, they needed to see every page of his UK passport, but only the biographic page of his US passport.

As I said, I'm not sure if the same is true for K1, I'm sure someone else will step in with their experience.

I would use the parents address. I don't think they accept K1 applications with a non-US address for the petitioner.

22nd March 2010 - Application received by CSC

30th April 2010 - Biometrics appointment

Thanks for stepping in there. I knew for the DCF, but I had my suspicions for K1. Someone else on the forum is having difficulties with NVC at the moment because of domicile.
