Hello all,

This is more for people that have went through the Kingston, Jamaica Embassy regarding the police certificate. My husband received his Police Certificate in December which does not expire for 2 years. However when looking at the required documents for the interview at the Kingston embassy it states the police record needs to be dated less than 6 months ago.

Also NVC doesn't state it needs to be dated less than 6 months ago, it just states it needs to be valid.

Does he needs to get a new police certificate? Does anyone have any experience with this?

Thanks in advanced!
