Hi,

I got a 226a letter at the time of interview because my police verification certificate was not wright after interview officer told me to upload my missing document at

ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx and after that drop my passport and document at nearest location. but when i am trying to upload document i am not able to login

i am emailing support@ustraveldocs.com since last 15 days not getting any satisfying response, they could not help me. i called them so many times agnets on phone know nothing

they just say email to this support email.  is there any other way to send them my documents or should i drop my passport and document without uploading it?

i will really appreciate your help.
