N400 Required lease & any Philly filers?

Hi all! I am about to file the N400 based on the 3 year marriage rule. We moved last year to a new apartment so our lease’s start date shows December of last year. Do we have to provide proof of us living together the past 3 years, or as long as we’re still living together we should be fine?

Also, any Philadelphia filers here? My ROC is still pending, I was wondering if they do dual interview. Thanks!

Hi @Keiko2325!  Philly does I-751/N-400 combo interviews, had mine in June of last year.  If you have already submitted the previous lease in your I-751 application, then it should be in your file when interviewed.  Regardless, it wouldn't hurt to resubmit it through the N-400 online system application.  If you guys didn't have a lease prior to December 2021, you may be asked to explain what kind of housing arrangements were made since becoming a permanent resident and provide relevant evidence.

Good luck!

Thank you for responding! Do you mind sharing when you applied N400? Wanted to see how long it took to interview :)

Applied (N-400) on 9/30/2020 and was interviewed on 6/22/2021. Oath ceremony was on 7/22/2021. Feel free to check my timeline for all the details on the pending I-751application.
