Yeah I just checked that one too, that is unfortunate  There is one more who got yesterday NFR from January 2023.

I have the impression that cases with a NFR take even longer to get a decision . Sad

January 2023 case that got NFR was pretty recent kinda of on time too. So I think it just depends on the case itself how strong it is based on evidences etc.

Yeah. If I were to speculate, I would say that they have some secondary review process for the cases that they can not approve or reject right away.

Some cases from mid 2022 are still pending… how long does it take now for gov sponsored cases does anyone know? There was one case from like Jan 2022 approved this month with gov sponsored case.

Need assistance/guidance regarding hardship waiver please.

 

Our statement for USCIS is quite long, but confused about the statement of reason for DOS DS-3035 form - do I copy/paste the same statement from USCIS or do I write a summary?

@nmanc33 You can print your Statement of Reason on a separate document to attach with your DS-3035, and leave a note on the SOR in the DS-3035 form with something like "find the SOR in the supporting document".

So it is ok to use the same statement that I send to USCIS? It's fairly long.

@nmanc33 I guess we all do that. How long is yours? Mine and other people I know range from 5-20 pages.
