I am afraid I don't know what those dates mean. 6 months. Does that mean I wont be processed for another 6 months if I submitted in May 2007? So confused. Please explain this to a newbie. :help:

It means that if you filed 6 months ago, you should get approved (hopefully) any time soon. So it currently takes 6 months between applying and approval.

I guess I'm just a glass half full kinda guy. When I applied and got a year extention, I was prepared to wait a year. Anything less than that is a bonus.

I just returned from England on my extension letter and the girl at Heathrow was a little confused, but in Chicago the guy just stamped my passport without so much as a question. So I can wait for approval. At least until my extension is near to running out.
