Hello everybody!

First of all I'm sorry if I'm posting this in the wrong section, but I have a question and can't find the answer anywhere.

On Tuesday I will be sending my 601A packet to my attorney so she can get the process going. I'm incredibly nervous and somewhat excited about it.

However, I was wondering if anyone who is yet to submit their application is reconsidering it in light of the new memos that came out not too long ago. The one from June 28, 2018, stating that people will be issued NTAs if their application is denied, and the one which will go into effect on 9/11 where immigration officers will be able to deny applications without first issuing  RFEs. These policy memos make the process more nerve wracking and dangerous for all of us who are trying to adjust. So, is anyone else having doubts about sending their application? Will these memos directly affect waivers?

Thanks in advance.
