Hi I have filed an N600k for my daughter in August. I received a receipt number but have had no communication since. I reside in Ireland. I have called the Uscis helpline and am told to leave my details for a call back. Understandably they don't make international calls. I am told they don't use email. I have tried uscis.gov and receive computer generated responses telling me to call the call centre. The European office is the Embassy in London. They again referred me to the call centre. I have written to the call center and to the field office where I filed my papers. Any advice as to how I can speak to someone or email someone who can help me please?
