vacccination

hello everyone! i didnt complete my vaccination in manila becuaes the [TD] TETANUS-DIPHERIA IS NOT AVAILABLE IN ST.LUKES THEY REQUIRE ME TO TAKE THE SHOTS IN USA UPON ARRIVAL...MY QUESTION IS ...... DO YOU NEED TO TAKE A SHOT BEFORE YOU FILE YOUR ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS??? DO I NEED TO SUBMIT MY VACCINATION FORM?

Greetings!

I did went to a local hospital and paid only $25.00 dollar for Td test. I showed them a copy of my shots history from St. Lukes and specifically told them that i needed the document in a sealed envelope. The sealed envelope contains the document that states i had a Td shot from them. I included this in my AOS application as i do not wan any further RFE hassle.

p.s. make sure that sealed envelope is collected, I also attached a copy of my shots record from them showing TD shots was given aside from the record given from St. Lukes.

You need to get the shots you need.... then take that info about your shots that you got at the time of your medical and the new info about the TD shot to a Civil Surgeon from the USCIS list and get it copied on the form I-693A that form should be in a sealed envelope and that is what you include with your AOS packet.....
