lease tell me what forms can my wife aply for me and what form i have to aply to  ;   is this just Form I-130 (PDF, 1.62 MB)

I assume you're wanting a guide on how to file a CR1 visa?

 

If so, the VJ CR1 Guide (CR1 Guide) will be sufficient.
