K1 Fiance visa Question

Hello everyone

My fiance and I started the K1 fiance visa process early 2017 and then we got approved my US immigration office and then, they send the approval to NVC and they send the green light to consulate of Johannesburg. I prepared all the documents and my medical docs and i went for my interview but in May 25th 2017, my fiance withdrawn out of the case because of misunderstanding and then we reapply again. he sent a letter to NVC and they ask him for payment that need to be done . he made a phone call to them 2 weeks ago and they mentioned that I am going to get a call or email from Johannesburg consulate for my visa but I have not received the call yet. does anyone know how long the process is taking/ as my medical docs are getting expire soon. I am so worried that I am not gone make it before my medical docs expired. anybody can help me?
