Hi All,

 

I am almost ready to send my AOS package. Could anyone have a look at my cover letter and let me know if everything is on good order? Thanks in advance :)

Enclosed please find my I-485 (Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status), I-765 (Application for Employment Authorization), and I-131- Application for Travel Document (Advanced Parole), and supporting documents.

 


 

Contents include:

  1. Payment in the amount of $ 1225

  2. G-1145 e-Notification of Application

  3. Form I-485 with 2 passport photos

  4. G-325A Biographic Information

  5. Copy of Marriage Certificate

  6. Form I-94, Admission/Departure Record

  7. Copy of passport identity page

  8. Copy of passport page with K1 visa with admission stamp

  9. Copy of birth certificate with English translation

  10. DS-3025 Complete Vaccination Record (as per the instruction to Form I-485, K1 Visa holder does not need to submit the entire medical report if the medical examination was conducted within the past year. As my medical exam was completed on April 7th 2017, I only included the vaccination supplement)

  11. I-797 Copy of Approval Notice for I-129F

  12. I-864 Affidavit of Support including the most recent tax returns and Form W2’s, IRS transcript, paystamps, supplement with additional information, copy of Sponsor’s Certificate of Citizenship

  13. Form I-765 with 2 passport photos

  14. Form I-131 with 2 passport photos

 

 

Copies of documents submitted are exact photocopies of unaltered documents and I understand that I may be required to submit original documents to an Immigration or Consular officer at a later date.
