N-400 military unit question

I am a member of the US Army Reserve. I have never been a member of any other military unit or group.

 

In Part 12 of Form N-400, Question 15 is: Were you EVER a member of, or did you EVER serve in, help, or other participate in, any of the following groups:

A. military unit (Yes or No)

 

Should I answer Yes or No? I am asking because later in the same form, there is a specific question "Have you ever served in the US Armed Forces". I am not sure whether Question 15 is referring to military in general or military in other countries.
