Hi my husband is doing the petition for his mother. she was deported 14 years ago he filled the i130 which was approved already. now we received the case number for the ir5 and have to complete a form i212 and i601 before we sent the ds260. my husband already pay the affidavit. we are completing all the documents and everything we need to get together for the next step. anybody here with similar situation that can help me or share information or experience. Thanks
