We have been residents of GA for 4 Years . I recently got my Interview Notice , but may be joining a new job in PA. We have our lease  till the end of year , and the Wife is employed full time in GA and plans to stay in GA and work in GA ( with Kids) till the lease is over . I got my GC with Employment and i was the primary applicant.

1. I am thinking of commuting from PA ( work Monday to Friday in PA and fly back every Friday and Go back to to PA Monday Morning), and stay in PA in a hotel for the work week. Doing this , Can i interview/take oath in GA  ?

2.  Take an Apartment in PA , and move my residence to PA, Would still be commuting to GA every week or other . Wife would still live in GA and attend interview in GA . I would file AR11 and hope that my interview moves to PA.

Pls suggest what should i do . I don't want to break any laws and am flexible in my decisions.
