Department Review?

Hi Esperanza82,

 

I just completed the DS261 on line and it says to allow NVC 2 weeks to accepted.  I'm hoping that it doesn't take 2 weeks and I can move on to the next step, I believe you can do pretty much everything on line and just send in the supporting documents by mail.

Hey all I just received my case complete email!!!!!!!!!!! Pray that all goes well!!!!! I need my husband her for not just me by our son as well.

I was going to say that "Department Review" is a very inconsistent thing. I had some people say it was in the Department, and others say "We have no way of seeing that". When I asked them why other people say different things they would have no idea. It's very strange.

 

How many weeks all together did it take for Case Complete then? January to now so ~10-11 weeks?

Sorry for the long response but it took about 10 weeks and then another week for the case complete email.
