Hello all,

my situation is a little different. I live in Canada and work in the states on H1B. I went for my greencard interview oct 18 2016 and at interview the officer told me my medicals were done in the US and not acceptable. He told me to redo medicals in Canada, then mail passport for visa. So i finally mailed my medicals feb 27 2017. on march 17 my case status changed from administrative processing to Ready. the notes below states ready for interview at the montreal embassy. The officer made me understand that i just have to send my passport with medica. ls for visa. I can't go to work because  passport to cross border. Has anyone had similar situation? and how long does it normally take? Im getting really worried. Any thoughts?
